Workshop & Class Host Bookings: $75/hour
Best for: Instructors, artists, or entrepreneurs who charge attendees for their classes/workshops.
Content Creation & Other Studio Bookings: $50/hour
Solo or Small Crew (Up to 3 people)
Best for: Photographers, videographers, podcasters, or individuals needing a creative space with minimal foot traffic.

Securing your desired date and time at Signature ARTBAR Studio is simple:

Inquire: Contact us with your preferred date, time, and type of booking.

Confirm: We'll confirm availability and provide a detailed quote.

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of signing to secure your reservation. This deposit guarantees your exclusive use of the studio for your chosen date and time.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due one week (7 days) prior to your scheduled booking date.

We'd love to show you around! For serious inquiries, we offer private studio viewings by appointment. Please contact us to schedule a time that works for you. You are also welcome to drop by during any public event to get a general feel for the atmosphere, though scheduled appointments ensure we can dedicate time to your specific booking needs.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations made 14 days or more before your booking date can be rescheduled only, based on studio availability.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your booking date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Studio Rules & Responsibilities: To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone and the preservation of our unique studio, please adhere to the following guidelines.

Capacity: Maximum of 20 people in the studio at any time.

Setup & Cleanup: Your booking time includes your setup and cleanup. Please ensure the space is left in the same clean condition as you found it. All trash must be gathered and placed in designated bins.

Prohibited Items: No open flames, excessive noise that disturbs neighbors, or illegal activities.

Food & Drinks: Permitted, but please ensure all spills are cleaned promptly.

Damage: The booker is responsible for any damage to the studio property or equipment. Any damages will result in charges to the booker.
